Thanks Greg, thats why i use the artificial sinew, but ive thought of using real sinew as well. both are moore weather proof than linin. and since i also hunt with my arrows,in addition to target shooting. weather proof/resistant is a must. Thanks Ken for bringing that up. natural feathers of any kind taken from the wild will have all manner of small parasites on them. linen thread is an option always,as for the fletches i find its a bit moore cost effective to buy the premade stuff. but yea if you hav ready acsess to turkey feathers or similar why not.
