Re: What's everyone been up to lately?
I've not got much done in a while, we have chickens now and our blueberry bush is almost ready to be picked! I do feel the call of the Wild again though, and it has been a long time, so hope to find a small project to dip into and get back into the Rangering soon!

Pic sharing
Hi all,
I have a hate/hate relationship with photobucket, does anyone know of any free alternatives so I can share pics in the group? Currently more on the FB group because of the ease of sharing. Thanks!

Perhaps too, just the very reputation of the sword, how it preceded it and the prestige of carrying it as well. Now, what do you think it actually looked like, and do you think there is a relation between it and Sting?

Re: Dunedain Cultural Responses and ‘Talk’
A very fascinating discussion that was well worth reading! I don't have much to add to it except that I hate faire accents with a passion (we once had a guy try to tell us some sort of story at faire in a terrible Scottish brogue. I imagine that young men of the Dunedain would use the words of elf-kind to charm the maids of the village of Bree. No wonder those Breelanders hate the Rangers!
