Re: Just finished scabbard

I agree! The pics looked fine in the tiny camera viewer but put them up on a larger screen and they look like crap. Guess i'll have to drink some "nerve" tonic the next time.

Re: Blacksmithing work.

I've got construction tech covered. I used to be an architecture major. On another topic, someone awhile back was talking about how amazed they were at the talent pool that was present here on the forums, and was saying that soon enough we were going to discover a shipwright among us. ...hi! While ...

Re: Del Tin Dracula Sword

Sword pending- False edge- typical Del Tin slightly rebated

I seem to remember a thread that covered them on SFI a few years ago, I'll have to search and get back to you.

Just finished scabbard

This is a scabbard I just finished for an Atrim 1555. I got the sword 10 monthes ago and blackened the furniture with the Blue Wonder product mentioned elsewhere. As the sword reminded me of old Michael Moorcock covers of his Elric series I was going to have the metallic red core show through the le...

Re: Taking Lindsey's Thread a little farther

I would be at a slight disadvantage to start because I haven't got all my gear. But first off I would head to 3 places dunhams, surplus city, and walmart. Depending on my party size I would get from dunhams bikes and carts, camping gear and all the arrows, knives and fishing gear we could carry. Ne...

Re: Blacksmithing work.

There's at least 2 more I can think off without rereading any posts. R.D. I'm going to send you a picture of something via email, wo...

Del Tin Dracula Sword

This is one of the hard to get Del Tin Drac sword (Del TIn did the original Bram Stroker's Dracula movie sword). Even the Windlass copy is highly sought after for it's compact cutting ability. It's also a great sword for Rangering, big enough to fight with yet small enough to carry in tighter spaces...
