Re: The Riddle Game
Ripped from my mother's womb
Beaten, Burned and Drowned
I come alive as a savage killer.
What am I?
Beaten, Burned and Drowned
I come alive as a savage killer.
What am I?

Re: The Riddle Game
That is one of the possible answers Iron or steel would work as well.
Re: The Riddle Game
Who am I:
I have a heart that never beats,
I have a home but I never sleep.
I can take a mans house and build anothers,
I love to play games with my many brothers.
I am a king among fools.
I have a heart that never beats,
I have a home but I never sleep.
I can take a mans house and build anothers,
I love to play games with my many brothers.
I am a king among fools.
Life before Death.
Strength before Weakness.
Journey before Destination.

king of hearts?
Re: The Riddle Game
Another riddle.
There is a great darkness that dwells in the south,
Drinking all light, night it belches forth,
Brooding and waiting in malice and power,
With nothing else left, itself does devour.
There is a great darkness that dwells in the south,
Drinking all light, night it belches forth,
Brooding and waiting in malice and power,
With nothing else left, itself does devour.
And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

Not what I had in mind. Good guess, though.kaelln wrote:Mount Doom?Ernildhir wrote:Another riddle.

If I could find my copy of the Sil, I think I could give you your answer. It's Shelob's ancestor that helped Morgoth destroy the trees. Right? Can't come up with the name and possibly got Morgoth's name wrong. This Sil isn't my strong point.
Ichthean Forge (pronounced Ick thee an). Maker of knives, and primitive camping gear.
Re: The Riddle Game
You nailed it. Ungoliant was the name. Well done!Eric C wrote:If I could find my copy of the Sil, I think I could give you your answer. It's Shelob's ancestor that helped Morgoth destroy the trees.
