Vacca del Mar's Ranger Moot l Updates

Post by Ringulf »

Greetings My Lords and Ladies,

You may have heard that the Shire of Vaca Del Mar is throwing a Ranger Moot April 13-15 in Deland, Florida. We have been working diligently to fill key event staff posistions, but find that we are short a few people. We could use your help in the following areas:

Kitchen help

Set-up crew

Clean-up crew

(persons to head above crews)

rapier marshal-in-charge and other rapier marshals to help

heralds to man herald's point

voice herald for announcements

judges for scribal and art/sci competitions

person to be in charge of the arts and sciences

instructors for classes

help at the troll (check-in) table

merchants

Please Note that the site has no tables or chairs, so bring your own but there is lots of shade. Also there are not any showers on-site.

We could also use a large tent and/or a few smaller tents in case of inclement weather and to put chiurgeon station and other activities under such as classes.

If you would like to lend your assistance please contact the autocrat, Ringulf, at marshwoodbay@yahoo.com or 386-232-6027.

The current flyer for the Moot has also been updated:
