Want to share info about a great book : HERBS TO THE RESCUE - HERBAL FIRST AID HANDBOOK - by Kurt King, M.H. (Master Herbalist) This small book covers herbal first aid how-to's - at home , in the field, while traveling. Discusses some basic herbs, how to prepare them for the situations, and some basic guidelines on dosages. The book also talks about some basics for wilderness survival, emergency situations. Very useful info, I always have mine in my pack when out 'in the woods'. Sindara

Looks useful. I might get myself a copy. Though I have to say, those good reviews make me a bit suspicious... but then maybe I'm just cynical like that.
