Bladesmith

Post by Ben Potter »

I'm new to this forum and thought I'd introduce myself.

I am a full time bladesmith working mainly in the Celto-Norse style but I also do some LoTR pieces,
have been trained as a saddle maker and had a custom leatherwork business for several years as well as doing Arts and Crafts woodwork. I am open to taking commissions for pieces. My web sight is:

Bladesmith
It's not that I would trade my lot,
For any other man’s,
Nor that I will be ashamed,
Of my work torn hands.

For I have chosen the path I tred,
Knowing it would be steep,
And I will take the joys thereof,
And the consequences reap

Hey Ben. It's good to see you here! I really admire your work and wish I could go and sit under you for a while.

I look forward to seeing more of your work here and having your input. Look around. Make yourself at home.

Eric

Why must it happen that NOW, nearly a year AFTER I move 421 miles away from Glendora, that I used to live TWENTY MINUTES away from Ben Potter?

WHY, GOD, WHY?!?!?!?!?!

*sigh*

If ever I find myself working in the Angeles National forest, I'm gonna hunt him down, so help me...

There's some really nice stuff there. Welcome.
Still round the corner there may wait a new road or a secret gate and though I oft have passed them by a day will come at last when I shall take the hidden paths that run west of the moon, east of the sun.
