As the title states I have a swiss WWII surplus back pack lying around in my closet I'd like to get rid of. I'll be posting pics tonight for those interested. It has leather straps already attached, but the frame is made of metal so I think it'd have to be removed. If anyones interested just let me know.

Bummer, after all this talk of packs I just went out and got one from one of those sites listed in the other thread.

What appears to be some sort of yellow marker is wear from seeing service in WWII that for whatever reason is showing up yellow in the pictures. I picked up three of them on ebay last year in an attempt to make my own back pack. Pete came to my rescue and saved the life of this last one.
