New "Old" guy

Post by wulfgar »

Well,,,,I'm back. After a long hiatus from any kind of reenacting, I am wanting to get back into some rangering. It's been a couple of years since I've been on the boards, but I still have my star brooch and group t-shirt from a few years ago. My name in Marvin. I still live in Dardanelle, Arkansas. Right now it's a bit too hot to do anything down here, so hopefully when things cool off I can get back out into the woods.

Good to see you! Half my family lives in Russellville, so we still need to connect. I'll let you know when I'm coming down.

Gimli: It's true you don't see many Dwarf-women. And in fact, they are so alike in voice and appearance, that they are often mistaken for Dwarf-men.
Aragorn: It's the beards.

Greg, just make sure you come down between October and June, that way it's cool enough to go out and do something. Summer can be quite oppressive here.

Wolfgar! So nice to have you back! I have wondered about you and hoped you were well! I too had taken a "Holiday" from many of my activities able to only focus on one at a time for a bit but I have become very interested in bushcraft and Bushcraft skills so I have been around much more often, lurking in Burglar mode. I still use the beautiful Haversack you crafted for me a few Yuletides back, it holds a treasured place in my kit and my heart as does it's maker! Welcome home Brother!
I am Ringulf the Dwarven Woodsman, I craft leather, wood, metal, and clay,
I throw axes, seaxes, and pointy sticks, And I fire my bow through the day.
Come be my ally, lift up your mead! We'll search out our foes and the Eagles we'll feed!
