Made a cloak.

Post by Shadowhawk »

Grey and made of linen (if my dictionary is correct), could be a lot better especially for the edges, the thread colour could have matched a bit better but all in all I'm pretty happy with it as a summer cloak. Especially as its the first thing I've ever made of any kind of cloth since elemantary school. Also wearing my ranger mask. While looking at the picture I also notice that I've gained a LOT of weight during the lazy summer months. Need to go hiking more...

Looks great! A cloak is one item that I really don't have for my ranger kit...I need to fix that!

I think it came out very nice! Good job!

Very nice!

One way is to simply take a rectangular piece of cloth left over from making a cloak and just wrap it around the lower portion of your face. Very similar to a scarf.

Mine is just a largish triangular cotton scarf worn like a shemagh. Just in case someone wanted to know...
