I have a new CS Pole axe that needs a new home.
http://www.coldsteel.com/Product/89PA/POLE_AXE.aspx

The handle has been shortened to 60" to make it more manageable.

Ideally I would like to trade it for:

Or I would take 65$ plus actual shipping!

PM me with interest!

Is this still available? I might be able to pry the money out of my financial adviser (my birthday is coming up). What would be shipping be to 29078?

A bil1!

I brlirve that I have one of those in the shed. I'll see. it should be in the corner with my other farm-tools I stored when I gave my ranch to my daughter.
I'm not interested in the poleaxe but will sell or trade you the bill (with or without handle) if you want.

I have the broadaxe in both axe and hatchet size.
Unfortunatly, I am not an axeman. I prefer a mace when I'm not using a sword.

Actually I am.
My Grandparents were Irish Nobility... back when those things meant something (Pre-Republic days)

Still, perhaps I should actually sell my axes as I am certain that someone out there would find more use for them.
I'll consider uploading pics of my collection.

Sorry I never replied on this Rik I actually did not see your response and just found it. I am interested in the large broad axe head (I could get a new haft for what it would cost to ship that) and the hatchet sounts cool too.
Honestly I want you to know that my interest is in doing a "Stock removal project" on them to make a custom "Dwarven" design. To have a matched set would be cool.
If you don't mind that let me know what you want for them, or if you might need use of some of my skills and we can barter.

You just want the heads?
Ok, I'll dig the hatchet from under my bed and post some pics with a rule for scale.

I have no problem with trades or $$ so after you see them, if you still want them, make an offer.
Keep in mind tha tthey've been in storage for a couple decades so need a LOT of cleaning.

here is the set.
With all broadaxes, these are flat on the bottom. And being stored for decades, they do need to be cleaned a bit.
let me know what you think.

Oooh, forgot about the flat side design of the broad axe...well, as it is a stock removal project there is a lot I can do with it still and as far as clean up, as long as it is primarily surface stuff I would not be detered in the least.
I am attempting to do something along these lines as a "Dwarven battle axe and thrower"

one of these is actually flat sided so it seems like I may be on the right track!

I'll try to remember to put a steel brush on my dril land work on the axe-heads this weekend.

On my first tour to Arabia, MPF gave us (CE) a safe because they had lost the combination and asked us to cut it open.
The specs from the manufacturer guaranteed that it would resist ANYthing for fifteen minutes! Enough time for the police to arrive. And they specifically mentioned laser and plasma cutters.

One of the airmen claimed that he could get it open within 2 minutes or less.

He looked at the specs, cut a 4" hole in one corner, shoved spiers in to pull a single wire and opened the door in less than 70 seconds!

I wish I had one!
