So, here's the 1930s house that I'm going to convert into a Middle-earth inn, along with a very sophisticated rendition of what the exterior will look like.

Is should be basically habitable by the end of the summer; not sure how long it will take to redo the facade.

Anyone who wants to come to Indiana to help on the project will be most welcome, and I'm hoping to organize a moot this fall.

Wow, that looks beautiful...why does Indiana have to be so far?

Yeah, over 10 hours of driving each way kind of cuts into time spent.

Oregon is too far to come help out, unfortunately, but I'm happy to come out for a moot when all is ready to rock!

I think the basic interior will be ready by this fall. Then, I'll work on the exterior. After that, the Mead Hall further back on the property. Then the Ranger camp. And I think I might even have found a spot for a two or three storey stone tower as well.....
