Rolled leather toggle tutorial?

Rolled leather toggle tutorial?

Awhile back someone posted a picture showing how to make those rolled leather 'toggles', and I cannot for the life of me find it...my search-fu must be off today. Can someone help point me in the right direction?

Yup, I believe that's the one, vaguely remembered it was something to do with one of Greg's creations. I probably would've found it if I had searched for 'toggles' instead of just 'toggle'. Thanks, mate!
