Well, thank you all for the warm wishes! To answer the impending question, I did not get anything directly Ranger related for my birthday. But, I did get the next three books in the Mistborn series (they're actually set 300 years into the future, with different characters and a distinctly steampunk/American western feel) which I've been eyeing ever since my completion of the last three, and they are mindblowlingly good so far.
