Hey all... like a I said in my quiver thread I realy dont know how to handle leather so thats why I choose profesional leatherworker to do my quiver.

But After that I decided I need to at last try this craft on some small projects so I bought some scrap leather needles and linen thread and I just jump streight to it.

And here is some of my finished stuff.

First I try to make a leather sheath for my mora knife. Its not historicly accurate at all. But I love this little knife and I realy hate the plastic sheath.

I was making some wet leather molding and it was realy fun :)

Second was a small pouch I make to work with my quiver strap.. like I said I have only the scrap leather so I need to combine some pieces together.. in ideal world I will use some softer leather but It works :)

I use this pouch for spare arrowheads some thread, hot glue, and needles.

And the final project was just for fun I have some cheap broken wetstone for sharpening my arrowheads and I dont want to just put it in some pouch and lost it ao I make a aragorn inspired pouch for my belt :)

Very nice work!
(Of course, the white thread really makes your stitchwork stand out, for better or worse...) :P

What a great start!

FWIW, white (or rather, natural-greyish) linen thread on darker leather is also a byproduct of a traditional way of doing things: linen doesn't take dyes particularly well, so you see light thread on dyed leather a lot. So your pieces have a nice old-timey look about them. :)
