Re: Design for Dwarf Seax

Hello! I think it's a fertile field you uncovered here. The cell structure of cloisonné and tauschierung is great idea to carve there. I would have one suggestion and it would be to make sure that the borders of your design, where it's cut off, are in logical place, like in corners of those central ...

Are you aware of Czech unit Theodreds banner, 301. Foot soldiers. They abandoned their steeds out of shame for losing Theodred in battle. Pretty good I think

Dale made padlock for my workshop

So, actually inspired by a key I was making for Eofor, I was browsing ebay for vintage locks, and I found an affordable padlock in India, saw a brass accent and thought, it may be made to look like Dale. I got the lock, engraved it and here it is, prepared to serve as my smithy lock https://i.imgur....

I am not claiming that I am some mastersmith, and when I am working on a piece in dwarven tradition, I often say to myself: this is what 80 to 150 years of craftsmanship expertise look like? I feel not worthy of dwarven work. However, my w...

I am wondering shat other types of ales would you associate with different cultures? I am thinking brown ...

Re: Wargbiter - Dwarf made fighting knife

Full tang knives and weapons were definitely used through out history, bronze age swords, germanic single edged swords, baurenwehrs and dussacks were only some of those with this construction. I tend to disregard films as an inspiration so i dont really know if they used fulltang construction, i wou...
