Greatings all! I am selling three of the arrows I have personally made. I really like thses arrows and so far as I know no one else makes them like I do. Awesome! So you used the mink oil on top of the Eco-Flo water based stain and it didn't cause it to run at all? Right. The Mink Oil is more like wax than anything. I put a healthy coat of it on, then figured out I should use as little as posible. This stuff goes a long way. And from what I can tell...

Thanks everyone. I went with the mink oil because its what I have readily availible and it seems to work great. I'm puting it on everything now. I go back to the ren fair this weekend and they say there is a chance of rain but now Im not really worried about it now. :)

I like it. It looks good. I do with I could have seen the swan a little clearer, though. But from what I could tell it looked great. Very nice job.

Well if you wanted to glue them I would recomend leather cement. but if you go with that I would make sure you have it curved (like it was on your arm) so that it will not losen the glue when it its bent to your arm. But thats the onlything I know of that will keep the look like that, without adding...

I agree totaly with Kaelln. The Greenman does have a striking resemblance to Ringulf himself. Great looking stuff by the way.
I wish we had combat archery here.... but sadly we do not.
