I've only used a throwing spear once, and I really enjoyed it. That was when I learned the basics of throwing a hawk as well, but I haven't done much of the latter since then (several years ago now), and I haven't done ANY of the former. I'd love to get myself a decent throwing spear.

Personally, I find throwing axes very fun and satisfying - though I'm not very skilled at it - but I've never been able to get the hang of knives. They drive me nuts. Archery, on the other hand, I absolutely love. Can't get enough of it. I'm not amazing at it yet, but I've been practicing a lot late...
