Oh that's AWESOME.

You guys work together so well - and of course it's WONDERFUL to finally see Shadow in motion. :)

Great video
Gimli: It's true you don't see many Dwarf-women. And in fact, they are so alike in voice and appearance, that they are often mistaken for Dwarf-men.
Aragorn: It's the beards.

Just had a chance to rewatch with audio... oh that looks like a grand Fellowship. :)

I'd also wondered if you guys used a common mess or individual pots. Neat!
I'm curious - at 3:20 it looks like Eric is poking a bit of extra charcloth or something in the tinder bundle? Was the old one about consumed, or is this some trick I'm ignorant of? :)

I asked him to grab an extra piece and stuff it in there. I think my charred bits may have gotten somewhat damp shortly before our trip, because I had a bit of a time getting a spark to catch, no matter how many sparks I clearly bounced off it. As insurance against failure, I had him stuff in another so the coal would for-sure last long enough to glow to the point of bursting.

Time to make a fresh batch...it SHOULD catch with any impact.
