After a bit of research and testing I came up with a nice model that would house either a standard claymore or my Strider sword.
Now we Dwarves don't mind using these little beauties, though they feel a bit light in the hand, but carriage has always been a problem to those of us with The Maker's idea of propper leg size. Of course you know the drill on these things, gotta clear the bottom of the sheath so that you get a better angle on the draw and the upper hooks let you pull the whole blade out and around when it clears so you don't need the arms of Orangutan to draw the sword. Yeah well it works.
I have some pics with me wearing it and even a drawing video that I can put up next but here is the weapon and sheath by itself. Enjoy!
