Thanks. And thanks for the pattern. You should recognize several of the embellishments. The brown sheepskin on the front came from you as well as the buckles, d-rings, lion's heads and the cross on the front.

Now I think I'll figure out if I have enough leather in one color for one of my own, but I could mismatch it. That could be interesting.

Two of the ones I did for fellow formuites had the front and back pieces the same and the side and strap pieces contrasting colors. I thought them came out pretty well. If you used contrasting for the front and back the contrast would be visible looking straight on . if you don't decie to try it that way, I probably will someday, sounds interesting.
