Cimrandir is engaging in wordplay shenanigans with you - Eofor means 'boar' in Old English.
So rather than an honourary dwarf I am content to be a dwarven totem. Certainly the job description seems suitable for Eofor.
Wreck shit, muck up the watering hole (i.e. the tavern) and cause general mayhem.
