What/who is the Google [Bot]? He's on just about everytime I'm on and I don't know who/what he is! It's making me nervous!

Google [Bot] was explained once before and I don't remember the explanation. But I believe it has to do with how Google is able to find our site and direct searches here. It's nothing to worry about. But if there is someone else able to give a more educated answer than this, please do.

Why would that make anyone nervous?
