I received and watched 'The Hobbit' dvd yestereve.

All I am going to say is that it is a good movie. However, as a 'film' representation of 'The Hobbit' it falls rather short of the mark. In my opinion of course. Since there are likely folk who haven't seen it yet, I shan't go into detail. This is simply my reaction to it.

Just finished rewatching it, and I agree. There were parts that bugged me before that I guess I've softened on, and there are some really great parts that I really enjoyed seeing again.
