New Blade

A central place to talk about weapons and armour, as it relates to your kit. This is where you show it of or talk about making it. Discussing the relative merits of types of weapons goes in the WMA section.

I'd have just kept it and hung it on the wall, it still looks cool :P

Awesome, I'll look forward to seeing them

Very true, it’s still a great looking blade. It is a slight nuisance that I plan to send it back and will have to pay for shipping, just didn’t seem right to keep his work for free buuuuut paying for shipping back doesn’t seem all that fair either. Hmm

I can’t wait! Definitely will post up the pics soon.

Thanks!

Yep! Good eye :)

I’ve got it rigged for lefty setup.

You were right, this sword is definitely heavy but I like it!

Roughly it translates to “Thorn of the Night Wind” (Wind that can be heard). Written Dûlaithsûl, but of course my interpretation could be off basing it off various Sindarin dictionaries.

Here’s one more of Dûlaithsûl. I also got a cool dagger that came as a free gift from Darksword Armoury. I have to post pics of it sometime and my Elven bow from Crow’s Head. My plan is to post that one when I’m in full kit with some action shots :)

These snapshot poses are becoming a trademark almost. 8)
