ALSO... I have totally been wanting to try floating a coracle these last couple years, and just don't have a willow big enough to make one (or time, really) - I know there are makers in the UK, but does anyone know of a maker here in the northeast US I might pester?
Arguably, I do...Udwin?
Now the sword shall come from under the cloak.

It's been a while and a bit slow going for my ranger adventures, we got a good bit of snow last month that I was able to go out in though!

Cheers, and happy adventures!

Had a little adventure, testing out my gear at the Georgia Renaissance Festival.
I think I've gotten my kit together pretty well. I need to finish my snapsack and waterproof my tarp and I'll be ready for another trek in a few weeks.
Also had the pleasure of meeting 2 other GA Rangers face to face! Can't wait to get some group treks in.

I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory; I only love that which they defend.

Got my look put together just in time for the Georgia Renaissance Fest this upcoming weekend!

It’s so satisfying to finally be mostly put together.

Looks to be one of the older commercial Angus Trim designed swords, The Valient Practical line.

Thank you Taylor! It is in fact an ATrim design, it’s the XIIIa war sword he designed for Kingston Arms. It’s a nice wide blade perfect for cutting down Uruks and goblins alike!
